Data Deletion
UniBeing stores only the data you create here. You can delete everything yourself in about two minutes.
Delete your entire account
Open UniBeing, go to Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, brand profile, content, media, notifications, and your connected Instagram token. There is no waiting period; deletion happens immediately.
Disconnect Instagram only
Go to Settings → Social accounts → Instagram → Disconnect. Your Instagram access token is revoked and deleted at once. UniBeing never stores your Instagram password.
Request deletion by email
Email privacy@unibeing.app from the email address on your account. We will confirm and delete all of your data within 30 days, as required.
What we delete
- Your account profile and authentication record
- Your brand profile and Brand Brain data
- All generated and uploaded content and media
- Your Instagram connection and encrypted access token
- Usage records and notifications
