1. The service

UniBeing generates social media content from the brand information you provide, lets you review and edit it, and, only when you approve, schedule, or enable auto-publishing, publishes it to your connected Instagram account via Meta's official APIs.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorised to operate, every social account you connect.
• You must comply with the terms of each platform you publish to (including Meta's terms and community standards).
• Content you approve and publish is your responsibility, including any claims it makes.
• You must not use UniBeing for spam, unlawful content, or any activity that violates platform policies.

3. AI-generated content

UniBeing uses artificial intelligence to draft captions, hashtags, and images. You review everything before it publishes. AI output can be imperfect; you are responsible for the final content you approve.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee follower counts, reach, engagement, or revenue. Growth depends on your niche, content quality, and consistency. UniBeing provides the system; outcomes are yours.

5. Accounts & plans

Free and paid tiers may apply with monthly usage limits. We may change plans with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Danger zone).

6. Liability & changes

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, UniBeing is not liable for indirect damages, including lost content or missed publications caused by third-party platforms (e.g. Meta API changes or outages). We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
